I think part of the problem is that the color bars look sort of pinkish.
Also, I would change the every-other-post colors from red to another shade of gray. It makes it hard to see against the black. It looks fine as a link color, just not as general text color.

I think people would like something close to Sky9's dark theme; blue on grey. A lot easier on the eyes.

I like the new dark. A bit too magenta for my taste, I'd prefer a more darker, red-er, red. But it is still much better than our /shudders beige colored thing.
Dislike: The posts in the shoutbox being big, so you can't see a lot on the screen at the same time, like the sky9 shoutbox. Still good, I guess.

I heard you can change it. I haven't figured out how yet, though. EDIT: profile, settings, personal, change the display name to all caps. Ah thanks! Seems like you can add spaces too. |

Overall I think this place is very good but I have to highlight some of the sentences to read them because magenta on black is almost unreadable.
