I tried pyro back on my first day on TF 2 when I played with Womble on the Tab server. One guy jokingly said I'm hacking via mic :>

As soon as you hear a Phlog Pyro primary taunt, there is nothing to do But. Run.Cue heroic Spy coming out of nowhere to backstab the Pyro. Cue the Phlog Pyro sensing the Spy behind them and immediately immolating them. Like f*cking seriously, almost every Pyro I've seen so far has eyes on their back or some sh*t. |

I only use Phlog in MvM.
otherwise, i use the Degreaser (I'm a Flare Gunner/Axtinguisherer) or the Backburner. I'm not much of a reflector.

I use the Phlog anywhere except Mvm, those bot's rockets are quite easy to reflect.

Wow, I played a round of 2fort where I with help from a Cow mangler soldier destroyed a badly placed sentry gun.
Got yelled at for using pyro which is and I quote "Noob class". Then the guy yelled at me for being "A dirty f2p" called the server "No life only" and left. God the whole situation made me laugh hard.

I don't see why people still hated the CM5k even though it's buffed. If you rely on random crits to win, then you're pathetic.
It's helluva fun to rush at a sentry with a shotgun after using the charge blast on it. Especially when the engie is around.
