I'd say 2 teams, simply because we have a small amount of members, and even a smaller amount of people who play forum games.

I don't see any point in having a leader. I mean, it's just like playing regular forum games, except there's more of a competitive part to it. There's not going to be organizing, moderating, monitoring, or any of those things that warrant a leader.

Sure, the Mafiascum ladder points can be awarded to clans as well. No leaders though, equality and democracy.
