Is Raze 4 actually going to be made considering I've been wanting another Raze game for quite some time and the internet is filled with fake versions of Raze 4. Also if it ever is being made it would be nice to get some news about it on the forums.

You're a bit late to these forums, my friend.
Personally, no I don't think Raze 4 would be in production; ever. They're currently developing (or were, last I checked) a zelda-esque game that you can find details about on their facebook page.
They're not making anymore flash games, I believe.
Better this way, to be honest. Let the series rest in peace, it's done its fair share. SFH, Raze, etc. All of 'em.
