Revival. Here comes the next part.
I tried to scream, but my voice hoarse and my throat sore, I could do naught but let out a weak cry as I fell. I was falling down, expecting the feeling of wind blowing around me, but I felt nothing. I looked up, looked at the still-floating door, and saw it grow smaller, and smaller, before it turned into nothingness. I looked back down, nothing. Without that light to anchor me, I felt as if I was an astronaut in space, floating, no, falling helplessly into the gravity of a planet. I silently cried out, wandering why I went in.
I than heard a growl below me, and all around me. I swiveled my head, trying to find the source of the sound. Perhaps the growl meant there was an escape, a freedom somewhere? I than heard another growl below me. I twisted my body and looked down, seeing a glimpse of a shadow as it flits about below me. I try to call out again, but my voice fails me. I looked around, my head moving like a camera desperate to catch a thief, but I find naught but darkness. I sighed. It appears that sighing will be a common thing for me… when I suddenly heard a growl, but no, it’s not a growl, more like a roar, the tearing noise ripping through my ears as I look down, looking into the jaws and fangs of a deadly beast with shining, silver eyes with a –

ACT II: The Village
I groaned, my mouth making inhuman noises. My head was throbbing, as if someone shoved an ice pick through my skull, brain and all. My mouth tasted like sand, no there was sand in my mouth. I moaned, pushing myself up, away from the blazing hot sand, coughing and spitting out as much sand as I could. I opened my blurry eyes, pockets of sand falling from my eyelids as they flicker open, the glaring hot sun shining into my eyes. I could hear the sshhhhh, ssshhhhhh of the ocean, the soft, low waves of sea-water surrounding and leaving the hot sands in front of me, the cool, refreshing water washing over my hands and feet. I shook my head, sand falling from my dark hair, as I stood up painfully, and took note of my surroundings.
I was on a small beach, the edge of the reflective sand a few meters away, grass shifting here and there between the sands below. I looked all around me, confused. How had I arrived here? Where was I? I stretched my arms into the air, thinking about calling out and yelling to see if anyone was he – I was all of a sudden tackled, someone slamming into me, as I tried to shout again but my voice failing me as I crumpled onto the sands below.
“Oh, sorry! Didn’t realize you’d fall. Hi stranger! What’s your name?” a feminine voice shouts into my ear. I seem to shrink, cuddling up as the person got off my back. I turn around, and see a girl, around the age of 15, with dark red, long, straight hair flowing down to a little below her shoulder, with a black tank top and jeans, the cloth rolled up to above her knees.
“Faith! Where the heck are you!?” a boy’s voice calls out as a figure appears, climbing the sandy hill. He was wearing khaki shorts, the kind with a lot of pockets on them, and a smooth, light brown t-shirt with a large picture of bacon on it, and white, large, and bold text on the top saying “BACON”. He had messy brown hair, arching around his ears, but not going lower than his neck. They both had light skin colors, with a slight tint of bronze probably from hanging out on the beach a lot.
“There you are, I was getting worried. Hey, who’s this guy?” The guy pointed at me, walking forward.
“I just found him. No idea who he is.” The girl called Faith shrugged as she pulls me off the ground. Who were these people? Where did they come from? They were probably thinking the same thing about me.
“Uhh… hey?” You say, still dazed. You shake your head and stand up. “I’m, ah.. Jacob. Jacob Blight.”
“Nice to meet you Jacob! I’m Faith, as you probably guessed by now. This is my friend, Helix!”
“Yeah, yeah. So, uh, why are you here? It’s not every day we find some guy taking a nap on the beach. ”
“I, uh, well… I don’t really know. I just sort’ve… woke up here.” I decided not to mention the “nothingness” for now, and the weird beast… It still confused me.
“Ah, well, alright. Well, I suppose we ought to bring you back to the village.” Helix shrugs before pulling his hands out of his pockets and raising them into the air. His hands glowed black as the world around him suddenly warped and stretched, almost making me retch. The world around me moved back to normal and I was in some kind of cabin, with a dining table near by a small-ish kitchen. Stairs led up to bedrooms and a bathroom. It had a homey kind of feel, and felt like it was well-used and treated.
“How the… How the heck did we get here!?” You stutter, utterly confused.
